Box Packing Machine
This box-packing machine is a pneumatic horizontal flow wrap machine. It helps pack solid products, such as boxes, switches, boards etc., into packets. The operator has to manually place the effect on the chain conveyor and feed the machine with the input about the product type and its characteristics. It operated on a centre sealing system. It comes with a Crompton 1HP inbuilt and an oscillating power of 500 watts. The packing speed would range between 6 to 20 packets per minute. The machine weighs up to 1000kgs. The heater is capacitated at 150w for 8 PCs and 300w for 2 PCs. It’s a great help in packing boxes and similar things that are solid-shaped in nature.
