The machine works automatically, it picks preformed sachets from the magazine, fill the product and seals the sachets perfectly. It offers flexibility of using pouches in different forms such as stand-up pouches, pouches with spouts, zippers and many more.
Pick, fill and seal machines have automated systems that execute format changeovers in less than 15-20 minutes. The operator only has to select the recipe from the touch screen HMI. Once they do it, the machine aligns itself to the correct format settings, thus saving time and effort in doing it manually.
Applications
- The machine is used in packing and filling any type of pouch containing dry fruits, namkeen, confectionery products, liquid, semi solid, powder, grains, incense sticks , inner sachets, irregular shape products and many more.
- Different filler heads used for filling includes: Linear Weigher, Auger Filler, Gravity Filler, Piston Filler and Cup Filler or We can fill the pouch manually.
