Collar Type Machine
Idea Packaging’s Pneumatic Collar type is an automatic vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) system that uses a fixed collar and a forming tube to create and fill pouches for various products. These machines are widely used across the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries for their speed and efficiency.
Collar type packing machines are versatile and can handle a wide range of products depending on the integrated filling system:
- Granules/Free-Flowing Powders: Used for items like snacks, namkeen, chips, pulses, rice, sugar, salt, and detergents using volumetric cup fillers or multi-head weighers.
- Non-Free-Flowing Powders: Ideal for fine or sticky powders like spices, flour, milk powder, coffee powder, and pesticides when integrated with an auger filler.
