Two Tracks Packing Machine
Automatic 2-Tracks Incense Sticks counting and packing machine automates counting the number of incense sticks and packing them accordingly from both the tracks resulting in substantially higher output per minute.
The machine can accommodate eight- and nine-inch sticks and count up to 100. The speed ranges between 12 – 170 sachets per minute.(i.e. if we pack same number’s of incense sticks was both tracks simultaneously).
The machine is incorporated with 4no. Counting drums i.e. 2 no. counting drums for both the tracks.
It does pillow-type sealing for packages. It consumes 1.5Kw 220V per single phase, whereas phasing is optional. The machine itself weighs up to 400 kg.
