Preformed sachet packing machines, also known as PICK FILL SEAL packing machines or PFS, is an automated systems designed to pick, open, fill, and seal individual bags that have already been manufactured.

The machine is ideal for products requiring stand-up pouches, zipper Sachets, four side seal / side seal sachets. The PFS machine operates through a sequence of stations.

  1. Sachet Loading: Preformed pouches are manually  loaded into a magazine.
  2. Gripping & Feeding: A vacuum loader picks up a bag and transfers it to mechanical grippers.
  3. Opening: Suction pads and line generators open the pouch and inflate it to prepare for filling.
  4. Filling: A dosing system (like an auger for powders or a pump for liquids and weighers for granular products) dispenses a precise amount of product into the bag.
  5. Sealing : The heat-sealing jaws seals the pouch top. A cooling bar then strengthens the seal.
  6. Discharge: The finished sachet is released onto a conveyor for final inspection and boxing.
