Auger Filler Packing Machine
An auger filling machine is a device that uses a rotating screw, or auger, to precisely dispense a measured amount of powdered product’s into sachet’s. The Auger filler is interlocked with the sachet packing machine. These machines are common in industries like food, spices, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture for packaging materials such as flour, spices, and chemical powders. The machine’s accuracy comes from precisely controlling the rotation of the auger, often using a servo / clutch break motor, to dispense a consistent volume.
Working of Auger Filler
- A hopper holds the material to be filled.
- The rotation of the auger pulls the powder from the hopper and moves it down the spiral path into the sachet.
- The fill is completed by stopping the rotation of the auger after a precise amount of material has been dispensed into the sachet.
